Guest-wearable intelligence for wellness properties

Their stay should be the best week on their wearable. Not the worst.

With their consent, SOMA reads the wearable your guest already wears and tells your team the one thing to offer that morning.

The treatment, the table, the late checkout that fits how they actually slept. Sent in your name, in your voice, with every accepted offer attributed to your revenue.

01 · The blind spot

Premium prices. Generic service. Guests notice.

The upsell email knows nothing

Your pre-arrival offer goes to everyone, so it lands with no one. Blanket blasts convert in single digits because they cannot know who needs what, or when.

Your intuition doesn't scale

The magic of your property lives in your best host's memory. It walks out the door on their day off, and it was never written down.

They measure everything. You see nothing.

Your guest knows last night's sleep to the minute, then meets a breakfast, a schedule and a spa menu built for the average guest. At your prices, average is an insult.

02 · The value, plainly

One layer. Three ways it pays for itself.

Revenue

Upsells that land because the timing is right

A guest whose recovery score is low after a red-eye receives a recovery treatment offer at 8 a.m., not a generic pre-arrival email. Biometric timing converts where blanket offers don't. Every accepted offer is attributed and reported, so the impact shows up where you measure it: TRevPAR and ancillary spend per guest. You pay a share only on revenue SOMA generates.

Experience

Service that feels like intuition

Suggestions flow into the tools your team already lives in: WhatsApp, your spa software, your PMS notes. A simple green-amber cue and the next right gesture for each guest. Your team never sees raw biometric data.

Direct bookings

A reason to book with you, not through an OTA

SOMA remembers what actually restored each guest: the treatment, the room, the rhythm. Every return stay begins where the last one ended. A profile that lives with your property is a loyalty advantage no aggregator can copy.

03 · How it works

Live in your property in under a week. No hardware. No IT project.

Before arrival

The guest connects

One link in your pre-arrival flow. The guest approves sharing in a single tap, on the device they already wear.

Each morning

Your team sees the day

A one-glance morning view translates overnight data into suggested gestures: a later checkout to offer, a treatment to propose, a menu to adapt.

Throughout the stay

Revenue follows

Perfectly timed offers reach the guest through the channels you already use. Every accepted offer is attributed, measured and reported.

04 · What the guest sees

One tap. That's the entire ask, from their side.

No app to download. No portal. No password.

The guest connects once from your pre-arrival flow and then simply receives better hospitality, in the channel they already use. Consent is explicit and revocable in one tap.

Your voice, not ours

Every message is sent in your property's name and tone. SOMA supplies the timing and the suggestion; your team stays the host.

05 · Try the morning logic

Move the sliders. Watch the hospitality change.

This is the same logic SOMA runs every morning, tuned to your property's own services, menus and prices.

06 · Works with what they already wear

The wearables they already own. One quiet layer.

One integration on our side, zero on yours. Guests without a device? An optional loaner-ring program covers them.

Every guest arrives with a rhythm. The best stays keep it.

08 · Founding properties

The first properties hosting with SOMA are in Greece.

"Every week I watch guests trying to hold on to their routine: the swim, the sleep, the food. The host who solves that quietly wins. That's why we signed on as a founding property."

Tomer · Blue Mare, Lindos

"We joined the founding pilot because the idea is obvious the second you hear it: guests arrive with the data, and we've been hosting blind."

Dan · Double U, Evia

09 · Privacy is the product

The guest owns every byte.

Explicit consent, on the guest's terms. Data is minimised, never sold, never shared, and deleted on request. Your staff see gentle guidance, never raw medical numbers. Built for GDPR's strictest category from day one, because trust is the only currency that matters at your level.

10 · Why this exists

Built by a host who is also the guest.

I've spent my career in product, as a product manager and creative studio founder, and my summers helping run my family's holiday villa in Greece. As a long-distance swimmer, every time I traveled, my own routine broke. And hosting guests at the villa, I noticed something: almost every "special request", the early breakfast, the quiet room, the late training slot, was really the same request. Help me keep my rhythm while I'm away from home.

SOMA is the answer I wished I had, as a guest and as a host.

11 · Questions, answered

What every property asks us first.

What does it cost?

Founding-cohort pilots are free for ninety days. If we do not create revenue, we do not earn.

How long does setup take?

Under a week, and none of it is an IT project. We add one link to your pre-arrival flow and connect to the tools you already use. No hardware, no new dashboard for your team.

Which devices work?

Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Samsung and most others, through one device-agnostic integration. Apple Watch is not live yet: Apple only shares health data through an app installed on the guest’s phone, and we will not promise a one-tap connection we cannot deliver. That path is being built. Guests without a wearable can be covered by an optional loaner-ring program.

What does the guest actually see?

No app, no portal, no password. One consent tap before arrival, then better hospitality in the channel they already use, sent in your property's name and tone. They can disconnect at any moment.

How do you handle GDPR and health data?

Biometric data is the strictest category under GDPR and we treat it that way: explicit, revocable consent; data minimisation; nothing sold or shared; deletion on request. Your staff never see raw medical numbers, only gentle service cues.

Does my team need training?

About twenty minutes of it. Suggestions arrive as plain-language cues inside tools they already know. The craft of hosting stays with your people; SOMA only sharpens the timing.
